Izinzuzo ze-RLT Ngaphambi Kokulala

  1. Kuthuthukisa i-Melatonin– Ukukhanya okubomvu/kwe-NIR kungasiza ekulawuleni isigqi sakho se-circadian ngokusekela ukukhiqizwa kwe-melatonin yemvelo (ngokungafani nokukhanya okuluhlaza okwesibhakabhaka, okuphazamisa ubuthongo).
