Ukwelashwa ngokubhucunga sekuvele kuyithuluzi elinamandla lokuphumula nokululama, kodwa ukulihlanganisa nokwelashwa kokukhanya okubomvu (i-RLT) kwandisa izinzuzo. Qhubeka ufunda ukuze uthole ukuthi ukuhlanganisa i-RLT kungaphakamisa kanjani izikhathi zakho zokubhucunga, kungakhathaliseki ukuthi usekhaya noma use-spa.

 

Kungani kufanele kuhlanganiswe ukwelashwa kokukhanya okubomvu nokubhucungwa?

1. Ukukhululeka okujulile kwemisipha namalunga

I-RLT ingena phakathi kuka-5-10 mm iye ezicutshini, inciphisa ukuvuvukala futhi isheshise ukulungiswa kwemisipha.

 

Uma kuhlanganiswa nokubhucungwa, ukujikeleza kwegazi kuyathuthuka, okunciphisa ubuhlungu obungapheli (isib. ubuhlungu bomhlane kanye nesifo samathambo).

 

2. Ukululama okusheshayo:

4. Ukunciphisa ukucindezeleka nokukhathazeka:

Ububanzi be-RLT obungu-630 nm bukhuthaza ukukhishwa kwe-serotonin, kuyilapho ukubhucungwa kunciphisa i-cortisol, okwenza kube yi-duo ephelele yokuphumula.

- Sebenzisa amafutha okubhucunga afudumele (njenge-arnica noma i-CBD) ukuze uthuthukise imiphumela yokulwa nokuvuvukala kwe-RLT.

Gxila kumafindo kanye namaphuzu okuqalisa, njengoba i-RLT isiza ukudiliza ukwakheka kwe-lactic acid.

- Faka amanzi ngaphambi nangemva kokukhipha ubuthi obukhishwe ngesikhathi sokuhlikihla kanye ne-RLT.
